Design

Every patch starts as a drawing — ours or yours. Our design team refines linework for molded depth, confirms PVC color matches, and sends a free digital proof. Nothing goes to tooling until you've signed off.

STEP 02

Precision PVC manufacturing

Soft PVC is molded in layered levels for crisp, dimensional detail — the kind you can read with your thumb. Weatherproof, UV-stable, and flexible enough to shrug off a bag toss.

STEP 03

Proprietary magnetic integration

This is the part we don't photograph. Neodymium magnets are fully encapsulated and sealed flush into the patch back using our proprietary MagCore™ process — no exposed metal, no glued-on discs, no seams for weather to find. What we will share: the numbers it produces.

Quality testing

Every production run is pull-tested, weather-cycled, and swap-cycled. If a patch can't survive a hundred rounds of carts, cases, and cargo bins, it doesn't ship.
